If it’s after 6:00 p.m. and you have MyChart, you can simply login to MyChart and schedule an appointment with your doctor for the very next day. After 6:00 p.m., the same-day appointment scheduling is available for the following business day.

Not sure if you should go to the ER? Have concerns that your blood sugar or blood pressure is too high? Think your new medication is making you feel dizzy or sick? Is your child running a fever? Call your doctor’s office phone number and ask to be contacted by the TGMG on-call physician. You will be called back within 30 minutes to speak with the on-call physician so they can advise you if your symptoms require urgent attention.
